Ken strongly believes that the conservation and protection of our environment is an important obligation to future generations so they may continue to enjoy an unprecedented beauty that California provides. While Ken supports the protection of the environment from the abuses of man, he also believes we need to protect the environment from the abuses of government agencies and officials that use the cover of "environmental protection" to further their own agenda. California is loaded down with environmental laws that are meaningless and only encumber California's growth with bureaucratic red tape. A review of current regulatory boards and repeal of oppressive rules, regulations and laws especially AB32 Global Warming Solutions Act, is necessary.
